How to make a backup from your POP email address on Outlook
1) Open your outlook, and click on File



2) Click on Account Settings
3) Click on Account Settings in the drop down menu



4) Open "Data Files" tab.
5) Select the email you like to make backup
6) Then, click on "Open File Location" button on top right

The folder will open the location of the .pst file that has all your emails and folders.
On a weekly or monthly basis, you will copy and paste this file to a USB Flash as a backup for future use.
