How to setup your email account on Outlook and view it on browser
A) To view your email through the browser

http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail/   (e.g.  https://www.graphicano.com/webmail/)
  1. insert your full email address and your password.
  2. choose "Round Cube" email editor and start browsing your emails.

B) To Set Up Your E-mail Account in Microsoft Outlook
  1. Click the File tab and then click Add Account.


  2. Select the radio button for Manual setup or additional server types.


  3. For your server type, select POP3, and then click Next


     
  4. On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, enter your information as follows:
    Your Name: Your first and last name as you like it to be displayed at recipient.
    E-mail Address: Your email address.
    User Name: Your full email address, again.
    Password: Your email account password.
    Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com)
    Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com)



    then press the "More Settings ..." button highlighted in red above.
     
  5. On the Internet E-mail Settings window, go to the Outgoing Server tab.
     
  6. Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, and 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server'

     

     
  7. Go to the Advanced tab, and then change the Incoming server (POP3) port to 995
  8. Then change the Outgoing server (SMTP) port to 465
  9. Use the following type of encrypted connection is “SSL”
  10. Please increase Server Timouts to more than 3 min
  11. Click OK


  12. Click Next


     
  13. Click Finish
